What is Technical Support: Technical Support is available to assist you with setup and any questions you may have regarding the operation of the software. Our technicians will make every reasonable effort to resolve your support requests promptly. Please note that Technical Support is not a training service for computer usage or accounting principles. If you would like assistance in these areas, we do offer an online Knowledge Base with videos and User Guides available.
Support is Included with Empower: For users of Empower ChMS, unlimited Technical Support is included with your subscription at no additional charge. You can contact our support team by phone or email for assistance.
Requesting Support: To request support, please follow the instructions below:
Phone Support: If you are located in the US or Canada, you can reach our toll-free support number at (800) 486-1800. Our support hours are 9AM to 6PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. For users outside the US and Canada, please call (828) 665-1818.
Email Support: To submit your questions via email, please fill out the support request form on our website or send an email to support@powerchurch.com. When contacting us via email, please include your church's name and Registration Number (RN) or Site ID.
Holiday Schedule: Please refer to the PowerChurch Software office holiday schedule for any potential office closures or reduced support hours.
